a) If you chose the option “shipping” of your starter package.

Changes are only possible on site at the start number distribution in the Olympic Park. For this purpose, please take your already received starter package with you.

b) If you chose the “pick-up” option of your starter package.

Changes can be made either on site at the pick-up booth in the Olympia Park (time see above) or by sending a message to eventservice@mikatiming.de.

If you cannot find your registration confirmation and need a new one, you can request a new one at eventservice@mikatiming.de.

The starter package can be picked up personally or by an authorized person (private written  letter of attorney + identification document of the authorized person).

a) Selection of the option „Shipping“: The starting documents will be sent to you in time.

2. Registration after 01.09.2023

The option “shipping” is no longer available.

The starting documents have to be picked up (place/ time see above).

The running shirt has to be picked up (place/ time see above).

Receipts for private persons and Invoices for companies can be requested at eventservice@mikatiming.de.

Late registration is available online on our website from 01.10. – 07.10.2023 until 5:30 pm.

a) with insurance

b) without insurance

Upon presentation of a medical certificate to our partner eventservice@mikatiming.de you will receive a voucher for a starting place for the next yea

The Info-Point is located in the Olympiastadion, level 0, at the the north site.

a) Marathon, Relay, Minimarathon, Trachtenlauf

•   by public transport (MVV): U-Bahn Olympiapark or Tram Olympiapark West (walking distance approx. ten minutes)
• by car: approach the Olympiagelände from all directions (A8, A9, A92, A94, A96 and A99) via the Mittlerer Ring. Please follow the signs “Olympiapark”. Limited parking spaces are available in the Parkharfe at the Sapporobogen. The parking spaces are with costs.

b) Half marathon

•   public with MVV: subway Giselastraße
•   by car: There are no parking spaces available.

For runners with a finishing time up to 3:30 h or for those runners who need individual food for medical reasons/allergies, there is the possibility to hand in own drinks (exclusively in plastic bottles!). The bottles must be marked with the kilometer of the aid station and the start number.

The own food can be handed in at the Infopoint in the Olympic Stadium on Saturday, 07.10.2023 from 10am to 6pm and on Sunday, 08.10.2023 from 7am to 07.30am The organizer assumes no liability for loss or damage. Own food will be deposited on a separate table at the beginning of the food stations (right side only).
