The perfect mix of marathon feeling and short distance
Take on this challenge and experience the most beautiful 10 kilometres in Munich. The absolute highlight right at the start: from 2022, the starting gun will be fired in the middle of Munich’s unique Olympic Stadium, ensuring maximum motivation and drive from the very first metres. After you have completed the 10,000 metres and run back into the Olympic Stadium amidst applause and an exciting finisher atmosphere, the goose bumps at the finish will be perfect.
The course has been carefully curated and is suitable for all runners with and without handicaps. It is an out-and-back route from the Olympiapark through Schwabing and after the turnaround at Leopoldstraße back to the Olympiastadion. A great introduction for anyone who wants to make it to the marathon distance and a doable challenge for anyone who simply enjoys running.
