Are you eager to run?
Would you like to feel like a real marathon runner? Or just test: "how fast and how far can I run? Then take part in the mini-marathon as part of the 35th GENERALI MÜNCHEN MARATHON on 11 October 2020. The first and last kilometre of the marathon course belongs to you! This will be a unique experience! Imagine: You start at the original start of the marathon like the big ones and run the first and last kilometer of the marathon course. The highlight is the finish in the Olympic Stadium. For your parents there is a waiting area in the Olympic Stadium where you can meet again right after you have crossed the finish line.
All children and teenagers from 6 to 14 years are welcomed to take part.
The starting fee for the mini-marathon powered by Generali insurance is EUR 7.00.
100 percent of the proceeds will go to the German Children's Rheumatism Foundation.

Your race starts on Sunday, 11 Ocotber 2020 at 11:00 am at the Coubertinplatz. You run the first and last kilometer of the original marathon course. At the end you will run through the Marathon Gate into the Olympic Stadium like the marathon participants.
Having fun is the main element of the mini-marathon, so there is no time measurement.
There is a waiting area for your parents prepared at the finish line area, where they can watch you running into the big stadium. They can easily find you! There is as well GMM staff around who guide you back to your parents.
Race number pick up
You receive you race number at the official race number pick up at the GMM Sports Expo in the Olympic hall.
